A combination boiler is one that provides instant hot water by firing up when you turn on a hot tap, and provides central heating via radiators. Normally there won't be a hot water tank anywhere in the house/flat if you have a combination boiler. If you have a hot water tank/cylinder then you probably have a conventional boiler, not a combination boiler, so click on 'No'.
